HireOn Ltd is working with a world leading Golf Club rental company that is looking to recruit a Logistics Manager for their Málaga office.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for developing and implementing the organisation's systems in the Malaga / Costa del Sol area.

• Demonstrate a track record of managing and motivating a small discreet team.

• Build strong management practices to help the smooth running of all aspects of the day-to-day delivery and collection operations.

• Collaborate with the senior management team to review and improve current systems.

• Maintain strong working relationships with internal business units.

• Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets

• Oversee for the effective co-ordination of external & internal queries/escalations.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluent in English (at least C1 level)

• Previous experience in logistics management is mandatory

• Good knowledge of golf or being a golfer is essential

• Proactive, accountable, organised with a practical approach to problem solving

• Excellent communication skills

• Great analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail

• Computer literate with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office package

• Flexible and stress resilient personality that can adapt and remain calm in all situations

• Ability to meet tight deadlines in timely manner

• Ambitious personality

• Clean full driving license

• Live near Malaga area or would like to relocate there.
